Taillan 2015
24€ per bottle. Sold per box of 6
A charming wine from a very ripe harvest.
A very dense cherry red color and a nose offering red fruits aromas, and some brioche and vanilla notes, characteristic of great maturity’s years. On the palate, the attack is soft and velvety, the fleshy evolution has a certain freshness. The tannins are present but well integrated, allowing a good length.
Food and wine pairing suggestion : duck breast with espelette dish subtly spiced or charcuterie.
