2021 Bouquet élégant, harmonieux, de bonne intensité. Notes de baies noires accompagnées de menthe. Attaque soyeuse et friande. Caractère crémeux et ample, idéalement soutenu par des tannins fins et parfaitement intégrés. Bonne expression aromatique, dès l’attaque et jusqu’en finale. Un vin sapide, frais et prometteur.

Noble nose with elegant fruit, reminiscent of blackberries and elderberries, refined spiciness with hints of vanilla, cocoa and gingerbread, almost flinty minerality and hints of violets in the background. On the palate well structured with ripe yet firm tannins, juicy fruit, dark berries and hints of plums, elegant minerality and discreet spiciness in the finish.
